    IT Capacity Building for MoE Staff – UNDP Pacific Green Transformation Project

    This initiative was implemented under the UNDP Pacific Green Transformation Project, with Elzalira serving as the lead implementing partner. Belun Intech was engaged as a technical subcontractor to develop training materials and deliver capacity-building sessions for Ministry of Education IT staff.

    Belun Intech designed a comprehensive training program aligned with CompTIA standards, focusing on ICT equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and system management within school environments. The team also developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guide routine maintenance, asset management, and incident reporting.

    In addition, the training incorporated basic financial planning for ICT sustainability, enabling participants to plan budgets, estimate maintenance costs, and ensure long-term usability of ICT infrastructure deployed under the project.

    Through structured sessions and hands-on learning, the program strengthened the technical and operational capacity of IT personnel, contributing to the sustainability of digital and green initiatives in Timor-Leste’s education sector.

    A member of the Belun InTech team participated in the Digital Communication Network (DCN) Global Forum, held in Seoul, South Korea from June 15–17, 2025. The forum brought together educators, innovators, and industry leaders from across Southeast Asia and the Pacific to explore the future of digital learning and workforce development.

    Over the course of three days, participants engaged in discussions and hands-on sessions focused on emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, and cybersecurity, and their impact on modern education systems.
